Pumpkin Bread by way of Hell Yeah It’s Vegan

Once a week I try to cook something from the list of vegan recipes I bookmark during the week. With MoFo in full swing I have enough recipes bookmarked to fill a cookbook. Which makes it hard to decide what to try this week. But since it is the first rainy weekend and it is a lazy Sunday morning I thought baking would be a good idea. I was right.

I decided to try the Pumpkin Bread recipe from Hell Yeah it’s Vegan. I used light brown sugar rather than dark but other than that I followed everything in the recipe. This bread is so delicious! It came out moist and very rich but not overly sweet. Yum!

Next to finding new blogs to follow, trying the recipes is my favorite part of MoFo.

Pumpkin bread is great! I’ll have to check this out. I was surprised a while back by pumpkin butter too – try some if you haven’t, it’s great! Something like apple butter, but more like pumpkin pie.

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to your neck of the woods, and would move tomorrow if everything could be worked out! It was great to see so many local, organic, sustainable, vegan options.
